Currently, I lead creative quality and merchandising operations for Organic Airbnb Experiences, managing workflows that process 400+ Experience submissions daily across multiple global markets. I oversee external vendor teams of 40+ reviewers across 2 countries, ensuring every piece of content meets brand standards for photography quality, copy clarity, and visual merchandising before publishing.

In this role, I've streamlined vetting operations by consolidating review processes, reducing initial review time by 24 hours while maintaining rigorous quality benchmarks. I built and documented standardized workflows for newly launched products, rapidly learning legacy systems to create clear operational guidelines for both internal stakeholders and external vendor teams. Through regular calibration sessions and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams, I drive continuous process improvement while troubleshooting technical blockers and ensuring alignment across all teams.

Sonder is a curated collection of hotels and multifamily rentals in 45+ cities globally. As Creative Operations & Project Manager, I founded and led creative operations for all properties, overseeing end-to-end project management from pre-production planning to post-production execution and asset storage. I established and documented workflows while collaborating with teams across Distribution, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance.

I'm most proud of spearheading a global initiative encompassing over 100 Sonder properties where I managed a comprehensive overhaul of marketing and merchandising assets. This years-long project demanded elevated reshoots of each property and the management of a dynamic team facing multiple competing priorities. My strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration led to a 14% increase in conversion rates and significantly higher engagement on social media platforms. Additionally, I led the revitalization of visual content on Sonder.com and partnered with Engineering to migrate over 60,000 assets to a new Digital Asset Management platform.
